A focused hardware company building cold-storage devices in small batches, with every design decision documented.
These hardware wallets are designed to store the private keys for cryptocurrencies, NFTs, or other crypto-based assets, and do not offer any additional services — offline, in your sole self-custody. They are a dedicated security tool, with no connection to any online financial platform or service.
Why we build it ourselves
Ermanno Moser started with a simple problem: too much security hardware comes from factories no one can name. After years working in embedded electronics, we set out to do the opposite, with short production runs, open designs, and a team that stands behind every device it ships.
Mass-produced security hardware asks you to trust a supply chain you can't see. We take the opposite approach: a short, transparent chain — designed here, assembled here, flashed here, tested here, and sealed here. Every unit that leaves our facility is assembled, flashed, tested, and sealed by our own team.
What we will never claim
No security device is beyond compromise, and we won't tell you otherwise. What we document instead is precisely what each device protects against, the threat models it was designed for, and the ones it wasn't. If a product of ours isn't the right tool for your situation, we'd rather tell you before you order.

Ermanno Moser does not offer any exchange services. We do not operate a cryptocurrency exchange, and we do not buy, sell, exchange, or trade cryptocurrency, NFTs, or other crypto-based assets — for customers or otherwise. Ermanno Moser is a manufacturer of physical hardware wallets only. Our devices are designed solely to store the private keys for cryptocurrencies, NFTs, or other crypto-based assets, offline and in your sole self-custody.
Non-custodial by design
We never hold your keys or your funds
Ermanno Moser is fully non-custodial. Your private keys and recovery phrase are generated on the device and never leave it — we never hold, transmit, or have access to your keys or your crypto-assets at any time. You remain in sole control of your assets; there is no account with us that holds, moves, or can recover them on your behalf.
